Wigmore Hall debut

One of the most exciting nights of my life; my Wigmore Hall debut, accompanied by the fantastic Christopher Glynn, went better than I could ever have imagined. My prize for winning the Tillett Trust Young Artist Competition back in February, this day has felt like months away for so long. The reality of the beautiful dressing rooms, decorated with photographs of the great and the good who have performed here over the years (I spot many of my heroes and heroines as I put on my make-up), and the wonderful hall itself, such a delight to perform in as you feel supported to sing as quietly as you dare on that intimate platform, all could not have disappointed.
